- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- 1 can pieces and stems mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded mozerella cheese

Instructions
- 1. Place the turkey in a bowl. Add can of mushrooms and cheese. Add the egg and one to two handfuls of bread crumbs. Mix to the desired consistency. It will be a bit soft, but will firm up when cooked. 2. Separate into 4 patties. 3. Cook in a hot skillet for about 7 minutes on each side until done.
