Last weekend I made ribs. This weekend I’m doing pulled pork sandwiches. I like this recipe because it’s quick, easy, and the leftovers reheat very well. It’s also versatile.

Ingredients
- 1 pork butt roast at least five pounds, but you can adjust based on the number of people you're feeding
- 3 Tb garlic & herb seasoning
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Put the roast in the crock pot. Sprinkle the garlic & herb seasoning over it and then add the barbecue sauce. Cook in the crock pot on low for 4-6 hours until the meat starts falling apart. Turn the roast about halfway through the cooking to make sure the entire cut of meat gets marinated in the juices.
Recipe Notes
This is my quick, get it done and in the crock pot version. You're welcome to mix up your own sauce. I like a bit of brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and vinegar when I'm making my own. I like to serve on good onion buns or piled over mashed potatoes.
