Cole Slaw Dressing
When you buy cole slaw dressing in the store, it’s expensive! Like why is it so much more than a bottle of salad dressing when it has many of the same ingredients? So I learned how to make my own. Servings on this are hard to tell, depending on how “soupy” people like their cole slaw. I prefer tangy dressing, but you can add more sugar if you prefer sweet. I’ll be honest, I don’t measure this out anymore. I just dash and dollop it until I get the taste I want. Experiment.

  1. Mix it all together in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Dump in half the bag of cole slaw mix. Stir well. Then, add the rest of the cabbage and stir to coat. Refrigerate until served.
