1. separate the chicken legs from the chicken thighs. You can also use all drumsticks or whatever cut of chicken you like.
2. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray. Put the chicken in.
3. sprinkle with salt and pepper and general chicken seasoning to taste.
4. Squirt 1/2 bottle of bbq sauce over the top.
Cook on HIGH for 1-2 hours.
Cook on LOW for 2 hours. Turn to warm and serve when ready.
